The CAN Spam Act requires that all bulk email that is unsolicited and potentially unsolicited meet certian requirements, Listmail Pro covers most of these but could be improved.
I recommend and suggest the following modification
In each list have a checkbox to automatically insert the !remove tag into all emails sent to that list. Prevents errors from forgeting to manually type that in to the emai.
Allow list managers to add in their mailing address and have that inserted into the !remove tag when it is automatically inserted.
This would allow lists to be set up that are 100% CAN SPAM compliant.
