While I'm glad to say that LM Pro is not having the nasty SMTP crash it used to, I'm regularly having emailings stall. Clicking "resume" helps, but only if I'm there to catch the emailing stop. These are not huge lists - between 2000-3000 subscribers. It's happening regularly, but no pattern is clear. I just see that the email has stalled.
Tonight I had to send out a time sensitive email for a client. I couldn't wait for the email to send. Left LM Pro to do it's thing. Came back tonight and only 50 of 2K messages sent and now I have to explain to the client his email didn't send.
This was happening with v8, 8.1, 8.2, but seemed to stop in v 8.3. Now with v 8.4 (am I getting the versions right?) these stalls are regular occurances.
Has anyone else found this problem? Any thoughts on how to track down this bug before it gives me an ulcer ;-).
Thanks.

Please post your server info under "Other" at http://listmailpro.com/support. I will do some test mailings and view the SMTP logs.

I don't know how often it happens, because I only notice that it's stalled if I happen to log on when the message is there. I've seen it at least a couple of times where it just seems to have stopped for whatever reason.
Clicking "resume" seems to fix it.

I will be implementing an auto-resume feature in the very near future for these unexpected (probably host related) service interruptions.

that auto resume feature would be very useful indeed.... any news on it?

Yes - I am working on it now for the next update :D
