Title: Capitalize first letter of name field?

Is it possible to force the first character in the name field of a signup form to be a capital.

So many people enter their names all in lowercase. To me, it looks unprofessional to use this format when using !firstname

Currently I'm editing the fields manually which is really a pain. Which brings up another request... can you make it so we can make edits to several subscribers at once and just click "Save" once (instead of for each subscriber)

Okay, I have just added capitalization to name message codes in the newly available v1.8 test (http://listmailpro.com/forum/index.php?topic=562.0)!

Mass user commands are coming.  They will likely make use of the new User Selection (http://listmailpro.com/help/selection.html?x=1) feature.
