Title: Enhancement to the Send an Email Functionality

Hi Dean,

I understand that for most of the installations they run on Linux and probably not a Windows Server hence the use of CRON jobs is possible. With that in mind a REALLY, REALLY neat feature in the Send an Email screen would be the ability to send an email in the future on a particular DAY and TIME out to a particular list.

For example,

Let's say John Reese was releasing V2 of Traffic Secrets and the re-opening of that site was say April 10th at 3:00 PM EST  then if I wanted to send out a scheduled broadcast to my list I'd like to specify say

Send this email X  TO list # Y   ON this MM/DD/YY and at this TIME  with the ability to also specify TIMEZONES for use international users.

So the only addition would be TIME -- 3:00 PM  E.S.T. or maybe something based on the Greenwich Mean Time.

Is this possible... would be very nice to dup what other system today.
