Title: export follow list - import to another list

How would I export a complete list of follow up letters - then import that complete list to another database.

I want to leave the db from which I exported from untouched as far as the followup are concerned.

My goal is to take a list of followups in one database and replace and/or add (overwriting) them to a different database

Greetings,

You should be able to do this with the "Followup Sets" feature.  At the bottom of your list of followups, you should be able to click "Save Set" and then give it a name.  You can then browse to another list, click "Load Set" and load the saved followups to the new list.  If you do not have this feature it may be time to update ListMail to the latest version available from the member area. ;)

have you considered a option to append a saved set to another list in addition to overwriting the destination followup list?
