Here is a feature that I really wish for. Not sure how easily it could be done, but if there were a way to do a search and replace across multiple followups, that would save me a lot of time when I need to change the way something is addressed.
I know that I could use a message code to insert variable text, but I don't always know that I will be changing the text in the followups.
The easiest method I've found so far to do this is to go into phpMyAdmin and export the followup table, do the search and replace in a text editor, and then import the SQL file back to the server.
It works, but scares me every time. Yes, I keep a backup copy of the table 'just in case', but that's still more work for what could be a simple function.
Anyways, if there's some way to add this function to ListMailPro, that'd be really great!
