Title: How do I load a suppression list?

Hi,

I'm sending an ad to my list, but the company has it's own suppression list of approx 47,000.  How would I go about suppressing these email addresses from being sent to my list?

This is not currently possible.  A simple custom script could read the text file and remove all addresses on the suppression list, however.
