Is it possible to set up individual lists with different Cron times?

Unfortunately this is not possible with the current release.  While it won't make it into the next update, I will likely implement an hourly or even more frequent scheduled script to allow much more diverse timing.

The main reason for asking was to split up delivery
of emails to free addresses.
