If you have a newsletter with custom fields, 1-3 (reader market, zip and country) – it would be a great option to be able to send out emails to all list members that said they were php-programmers living in the US for instance? Also – will there be a way to get a list of how many php-programmers are signed up per newsletter and across all newsletters for instance?
A current number of readers field automatically adjusting itself as readers subscribe/unsubscribe (global (multiple) lists and individual list) with a fudge factor (actual readers + fudgefactor = new value).

The rule-based sending feature, coming in the next release, will allow you to send based on search results as you wish. I plan on having the same powerful rulesets available for the export process, so this could be used to determine how many of a certain type of user there are - at least until I have rulesets implemented for user listings.
A number of subscribers message code, with fudge factor, is quite simple. I will definitely be able to implement this for the next release.
