Is there a way of sending an email out to more than one list without duplication across the lists? EG if I have 50 lists and I want to send an email to lists 1,5,9,23,29 and 45 only and if someone is subscribed to all of those lists they only get the email once.
Is this possible/planned?

It does that in v1.8 under user selection (remember the tick box at top to remove duplicates). It's all in the help file, although it almost does itself. Once set up you can use the selection anytime. DW did a great job with that.
