Title: Time based schedualing

IT would be really nice to be able to support time based schedualing as well.  For example schedual an email to go out on the 10th of Sept, at 8am, and another one at 11am...

Should be pretty easy to add.  Just add a second cron job for schedualed emails...

You're right - an hourly mail script should be fairly easy (and safe) to do.  Great suggestion.  It's on the list.. :)
