Title: Add attachments comes up with an error

When trying to attach files in the designing email bit it pops up but has the following error HTTP Error 406 - Not acceptable
Internet Explorer

The attach dir has 777 permissions on it. Any ideas as to what might be cause of this, have added .htaccess file containing the two lines as are per instructions.

Greetings,

Does this happen on the "file upload" page?  (Does this page even open...?) Or does it happen when performing a specific operation such as applying a file to your message?

If despite all efforts the feature does not work as expected you can manually upload your file(s) to the ListMail attach folder using FTP, and then manually enter the filename in the "Attachments" section of your message(s).

Please send me more information and/or submit your info (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other) for a bug investigation.
