Title: Adding followups for new users only

I am currently adding a followup to one of my lists. On the followup page it has an item I can check called, "Update all users on this followup to new delay"

I want all the users currently on this list to NOT receive the followup, but anyone that subscribes from here on in to.

Does that mean I should leave it checked, or uncheck it?
