Title: after clicking confirm visitor gets dead link before welcome

hello
after signing up and clicking 'confirm' new visitor gets dead link before welcome message email is sent immediately after

dead link says:

Not Found

The requested URL /complete.php was not found on this server.

please how do i ensure visitor only gets welcome message

Greetings,

It sounds like you need to check out the Custom HTML set applied to your list.  Could one of the custom pages be forwarding to a URL instead?
