Title: Allow user to change email-address

Hello,
I know how to allow a user to unsubscribe, But how do I give them the possibility to change their email address? I have a continuous serie of 25 email, one every second week,  so it is not meaningful to start over again when they move to another workplace and get a new email address.

I think Dean had posted a script to allow users to update their profiles, although I'm not exactly sure what the status on that is.

As usual, this is another one of a long list of features that has been promised in an upcoming version.
