Hi folks,
I've tried to set up a list to use as an autoresponder, what I want is to send a short text mail with a Fact SHeet attachment.
The attachment doesn't get sent with the mail though.
've uploaded the attachment but the Set attachments doesn;t seem to do anything.
The preview works but no atachment.
What am I doing wrong ?
Cheers

If the "set attachment" feature does not work as expected you can manually enter the filename in the "attachments" box. First, of course, make sure the file is uploaded to the mail/attach folder. Then, simply type the filename with no path information, ie "My Document 1.txt". The file should be loaded from the attach folder.
If at all possible I recommend placing a link to your file in your message instead of sending an attachment. This can greatly reduce unnecessary load on the sending and receiving email servers.

Hi Dean,
Thanks for that, tried that and it still doesn't attach.
The doc is sat there in attach folder.
I'll try it with the link, but I really wanted this particular one to go out as an attachment.

This could be a browser issue - which do you use? Are you on a Mac?
Please submit a bug report (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other) if you would like me to investigate.

I just created a test list and sent a test message (See: Sent Messages). I -did- receive the attachment OK. Could your email client or antivirus be filtering it? (.Doc files can sometimes be harmful)

Cool I'll try it with a PDF file instead then.
Cheers for a swift response.
Thanks
