Title: Back Up

I've been trying to back up my data in LMP and while I get a message stating that the back up has been made, it's followed by another message which states the file can't be found. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hi Linda,

First, check the permissions on your ListMail 'attach' folder, as noted in this help page (http://listmailpro.com/help/attach.html).

If that fails there may be a conflict your host with the way the backup process is currently set up, which is to use a system command-line MySQL utility.  I can offer more details and assist with this if necessary.
