Title: Backup stopped working

G'day,

I run version 1.77.

Few days ago I ran a backup for the first time and it worked fine.

Today I tried to run it again and it writes out an empty file.

Is this a known bug? How do I work around this problem?

Hi Andrew,

Welcome to the forum!  Two known areas of concern with the backup process include:

1. Your mail/attach folder must be CHMOD (permissions) to 777 (readable/writable/executable for all)

2. Detection of the path to MySQL can fail.  You might need to manually set the path in config.php.  This post (http://listmailpro.com/forum/index.php?topic=216.0) could be useful.

Hi Dean,

Thanks for your reply. I tried another backup today and this time it worked. Next time it plays up, I'll hard code the path and see if it helps.
