Connection Refused

Dear Fellow Listmail Pro Members,

While trying to bring Listmail Pro online, I encountered a number of problems due to sendmail configuration issues.

Unfortunately, at the time, no posts in the Listmail Pro forums where helpful.  The problems had not be addressed before.

Hence, a lot of troubleshooting had to be done.  Now, others don't need to experience the same issues if they read the materials from the below hyperlinks.
