Thanks Dean but I am a bit lost with all that. I might be able to figure out the bouncing from an email address but you recommend the cgi method.
Can I pay you to set that up for me please?

Yes, these types of jobs are covered by the server analysis available at http://listmailpro.com/support for $35.  If success can't be achieved (I'll do my best and we will probably exchange several messages) I will usually offer at least $20 back.
