Title: Can I find my list data

Hi Dean

I've lost a list. It still shows as a list in the Current list menu but it's empty of records. I've only mailed it once and the message is also gone from the quick load menu. This is really bad news for me. Any ideas

Hmm, have you checked out your database with PhpMyAdmin?  Try a browse on the lm_lists table to see if there are any noticeable problems, such as lists with duplicate listnum values or a listnum of 0.  Even when a list is deleted, messages saved in Quick Load should not be, so this is really strange..  :x

Hi Dean

I found the list number and message in PhpMyAdmin.
No duplicale numbers
No records of subscribers.

What next?

It's hard to tell what happened without having access.  It's possible that a certain character entered in the wrong place in the database could cause something like this.  I'm just guessing here.. :?

Do you want to submit your information to tech support (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other) along with a note so I can take a look?  If you can, give me a hint as to when you noticed the problem and whether or not you recall doing anything specific that caused it.
