Title: Cannot sign up

I have been trying to test my form, but when I fill out the form on my site I get the standard conformation notice.

I made a custom notice, then got the signup code and put that on my site, but it isn't working.

Even when I sign up from my site and get the standard conformation message, the email is not going to my email account for me to confirm.

If you see the Custom HTML page as expected but do not receive the email you should investigate whether PHP mail() works on the server.  Confirmation, welcome and some notifications are sent with this process.  Do you receive the welcome email when manually adding a user to your list from within ListMail?

No I do not receive the welcome email when adding manually either.
