Title: capitalization not working

Hi,

I understand you won't see capitalization made to the database but during the sending process.  It's not working as it should.  I tried changing existing capitals to lower case and also tried to adding a new user with a lower case first name.  I double checked that capitalize is checked for the !fname message code and still no luck.  Any ideas?  I'm using version 1.85

Please upgrade to v1.87d, the latest available, and let me know if you have further problems.
