I'm really frustrated. I've successfully done this before but for some reason, it's just not working.
I tried to change and save new HTML for the Signup Confirmation with a Redirect to an offsite page.
I followed the instructions in HELP but for some reason it's just not making the change permanent.
Can you solve my problem?
Thanks,
Dennis

Dennis,
There is a known issue with saving Custom HTML using FireFox pre-v1.85. Please update your installation with the files available from the member area and let me know if you continue to have troubles.

Dean,
I did what you said, getting the 1.85 files and this is what I got.
Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'vision_dxm'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/vision/public_html/enetauto/admin.php on line 2795
Could not connect to MySQL. Please check your MySQL database, username, password, and permissions and set up ListMail's config.php
MySQL Error: Access denied for user 'vision_dxm'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
By the way, I did try using MSIE to save the Custom Html.
Now, my LISTMAILPRO is down. What should I do? If I have to reinstall, what do I save to preserve all settings?

By the way, forgot to mention, that error came up after inputting the url where ListMailPro resides. I never got to enter a password.

Okay, I corrected what I did wrong. I previously changed the password and for some reason the program was using the old password. SO, I changed config.php to contain the old password and it installed but returned an incorrect password for logon. I then logged in, tried to save the Custom Html but it failed to do so.
What say ye now?

Submit your info (https://www.listmailpro.com/members/?typ=other) and I'll take a look. :D

After looking at your installation I notice you have many different Custom HTML sets configured BUT the "Default HTML" is applied to each list. What you need to do is change the "Custom HTML" dropdown for each list on the "List Settings" page to reflect the set you want to use.

Note that if you want to reset your Default HTML, the one from which new HTML sets are copied, you can copy and paste it from this post until I put a reset feature in :) :
