Title: codes for subscribers name,email, date, remove, etc

Can anybody help me?.
I need to have the following info for my web designer, who is designing my newsletter for me..
anyone who can give me the codes for the following:
 
-- Subscriber first name
-- Subscriber email
-- Date
-- Remove/Unsubscribe

can really help me out here. If you know them, I am running v177.b

Codes are set up manually in the "Message Codes" menu.  Some default ones are available under "Global Codes".

Please visit this page and you should be able to find out how to create the codes you need!
