Hi Graham,
Did you rename the file from config.php.txt to just config.php on your web host?

Yes I did rename it correctly

Graham,
The error messages indicate that config.php cannot be loaded from the ListMail folder. Apart from renaming the file there isn't much else I can suggest. If you like I can look into this one aspect of your installation for free, you can submit your info here (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other). For a full installation you can order here (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=install).

Looking at your /Listmail folder via FTP I see the file config.php.txt but not config.php. config.php.txt does seem to contain your database data but you still must rename it to config.php. I like to do this remotely via FTP. Try clicking the remote file and pressing [F2] to rename it.

I have changed that to the correct file name again but the problem still remains

There was an unnecessary trailing period. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance by starting a new thread (I've renamed this one for the benefit of others).
