Title: Custom fields in sign up form

Hey folks,

I just created a form for one of my listmail lists.  I used several custom fields  - I named them in the program, generated the sign-up code and placed it in my HTML file.  I worked it a bit for looks, but the general code was the same.  I want to use this form on several sites so all users will go into the same list - I loaded it and tested it but it timed out and now my server is down.  I'm hoping it's a coincidence....but worried none the less.

Thoughts?  TIA!

It's hard to say what happened.  Are you still having troubles with this?
