Title: Custom Tags

I wanted to know if there is a way for me to include a tag in emails to display the date the person subscribed as well as a tag to display the referal url of where they subscribed from?

Greetings,

What you need to do is go into Message Codes -> Global Codes, create two new message codes of the type 'Date Added' and 'Referral URL' and then use them in your messages!
