 Are you running this operation all on your own?
 And what time zone are you in?
 
 When I purchased your product it was because:
 1. One of your existing users recommended it.
 2. Your marketing implies that it is easy to use and by implication install.
 
 Many days later I am still encountering some basic problems getting it to work at all..... see earlier unanswered postings.
 
 If I was a computer programer I am sure I would have figured it all out by now.
 Perhaps an upgraded instilation wizard would be a step forward for regular guys like me.
 
 The problems I am encountering must have very simple solutions.
 How does this customer support system work, in case I am expecting too much?
 
 Thanks anyway for the first problem fixed.
 I look forward to enjoying the second fix.

 Yes, I run ListMail and a few other projects including server management, hosting, other web sites, etc. on my own.  I'm in the Pacific time zone (-8GMT) but it's not necessarily a good indicator of when I'm at my computer.
 Many days later I am still encountering some basic problems getting it to work at all..... see earlier unanswered postings.  
 I apologize for the delay - I took a couple days off this weekend (for a change) to get out of the house.
 How does this customer support system work, in case I am expecting too much? 
 Basically I try to stop by the forum at least a few times per day to answer your questions for free.  Sometimes, however (depending on what's going on) it can take a little while for me to get back to you here.  If you order tech support from http://listmailpro.com/support your service should be quicker.
