I am creating a customers email database that is going to be trasferred to List mail pro database.
Can you suggest what are the mandatory fields to be included in the table. I appreciate your reply.

The only field that is mandatory is the email address field.  Everything else is optional, but I recommend including at least the user's "First Name".
