Title: Desperate Rookie Looking For Help

I've installed ListmailPro and everything is working ok: signup forms, confirmation emails, redirections, notification of new signups.

The only BIG problem is that it doesn't send the followup messages. Without followup messages being sent the script is completely useless to me.

What have I done wrong? Can someone help me fix this?
