Title: Does List Mail need to be running for mail to get sent out

My web site is hosted at InMotion. They seem to throttle back the email sending. Do I need to be running list mail for mail to be sent out?

Tom,

You need a few things for all of your mail to get sent out, 1.) have DailyMail in your CRON to run every day, and 2.) Setup another CRON task to jump-start your mailer (resume.php) if it shuts down sporadically (which it will do).  Instructions are in help, I run resume.php every 2 minutes.
