I did hit RESTART after getting your last message and it seems to have worked correctly. YEA!

The my reference to some people getting it twice was not because of an automated duplication but because I have tried to send it to the full list twice and both times some people got it before it failed. So, as a result of that, some got my email twice.

Changing the "Reconnect every x emails" to 99 seems to have done the trick.

Glad you got it worked out. I'm currently hosting with Apollo on a VPS account. Since you have a shared account, you may just want to stick with it.

I did have a shared account and was using ListMail for lists of just over 2000 without issue. I did have a problem when I swiched to VPS - could no longer use bounce.cgi and I lost some features that I had on shared.

I've been pretty happy with Apollo support - you just need to hit the right people.

Yes, I'm sticking with Apollo's shared server.  Now that it works I have no reason to pay more for a VPS - especially if some things don't work. Their support has usually been good but sometimes I get a dud on the line.
