Title: Email Notifications not working

when a user unsubscribes from a list the address leaves the databse but im not recieving the email to tell me, the check box is selected and there is a valid address in the notification address. any ideas?

Greetings,

There are a few solutions to PHP mail not working that might help.  To confirm there might be a problem with the function, do welcome and confirmation messages work as expected?  What about 'Admin Preview' messages?  Have you tried another email address in the notification email?
