Title: Email Scheduling Problem

My host says I'm limited to 200 email per hour.  

How can I do this with ListMailPro?

As per the requirements (http://listmailpro.com/help/requirements.html), a host with such a restriction is not at all recommended for ListMailPRO.  Currently, "batch sending" is not available with SMTP.  Until this is implemented you can use the alternate mailing method, "internal PHP mail()" to send your messages with the appropriate delay.
