How to make all phone number field mandatory? If you don’t enter your phone you are getting error massage.

As of v1.87, which you have on your site/server, you can make 'custom fields' required and specify an error message.  Browse to your list's "List Settings" page, then click "Custom Fields".

As for forcing a certain -format- of the field, such as all numbers, etc., this is currently not possible from within ListMail, but is with some JavaScript as noted in the following post:
