Title: error message when i log in

each time that i log into my control panel i get the following error message:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/youwereb/public_html/mail/admin.php on line 2287
Could not connect to MySQL, host / user / pass = / /
MySQL Error: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)

What should i do?
