I got the error message below, checked the permission and the folder was, indeed, set to 777 as the message says it should be. This is a new list, number 3. I entered some test user data by hand but have deleted it. Problem also shows up on list 2 which worked fine 14 hours ago.
Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpIrpNcV' to '/home/contact1/public_html/listmail/attach/fb1f120d1.tmp' in /home/contact1/public_html/listmail/edituser.php on line 415
Could not move file. Files are temporarily stored in your ListMail/attach folder which must have the correct permissions (CHMOD 777)
Any suggestions??

I found that the error message above was caused by having run out of disk space on my virtual server. I upped the disk space via WHM and hey presto, problem solved.
Possibly this tip could be added to the error message.

Are you on a Windows server, perhaps? I believe Windows shows 777 on -all- files, but may not allow writing.
Please submit a bug report (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other) so I can investigate further.

Great to hear you got it sorted (just as I was replying. :D ) Nicely done. You've really got to watch that disk space. In my experience, running out can cause all sorts of headaches such as corruption in active MySQL data files and the email queue.
Feel free to post if you have another problem, suggestion or testimonial! 8)
