Title: Error when logging in

I have received this error

 Incorrect Password
 
Incorrect password. This attempt has been logged.

I have double checked the db, user, and password and they are all correct.

Any suggestions

You state that you have checked the DB, user, and password for MySQL, but what about the ListMail password?  It seems that you may have changed your password and forgotten what it was changed to.

What you can do is manually browse your MySQL database with the tool PhpMyAdmin, usually available from your hosting control panel.  Click on the ListMail database, lm_config table, hit "Browse" and check out the admpw field.

I feel like a real idiot.  I tried to type in the my password rather than "install" like it said on the opening screen.
