Title: Fix to Mail queue

Dean sent me a fix to these ages ago and I'm trying to find the post?

It was to speed up emails stuck in the outgoing SMTP mail queue?

try this:

and make sure your queue runs at least every 5-10 minutes not 60 minutes as default is for whm.

this is if you are using exim and whm/cpanel
