Title: Follow up did not go to all users

Yesterday I added my first follow up to a list of 26 users. I set it as Seq# 1 with a Delay# of 13, so in the future users will get this 2 weeks after sign up.

However, as current users have all signed up more than 2 weeks age, I wanted it to go out to all users right away. So I unchecked the option "Reset all users on this follow up to new delay."

Looking at my Dailymail Report for today, I find that only 7 followups were sent. How come?

I cannot explain this.. Can you please submit your information (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other) along with a copy of your dailymail report?
