Title: Follow-up Messages help

The followup messages aren't being sent out. I hve the proper sequence #'s and messages saved in the followup area.

My initial contact email works fine but I then have 10 emails to go out 1 per day for the next 10 days to each subscriber and it's not happening.

Please help

Hi Mike,

My best guess is that the scheduled (cron) task is not set up correctly.  Have you attempted to configure this feature as per the help?

If you can't set this up yourself via your web hosting control panel you may need to talk to your host about it.
