Last month I was reading through the forum and someone had posted preferred contact information to get the Yahoo 'Delayed Delivery' filter lifted. The posted URL suggested that contacting Yahoo through THAT form was quicker than the regular Yahoo contact form.
I've searched the forum several times and can't seem to find it again. Anyone have that URL handy?
