Can anybody please explain how, I make the follow ups work in listmail. I have followed the configuration to the letter, the sequence and delays are correct and the emails are loaded correctly. The new subscriber succesfully receives the instant autoresponse, but never recives any further follow up messages.
I actually installed this system in 2005 and it has never actually worked. I did contact Listmail on a number of occasions. They did promise in writing that they would test the system and solve the problem if supplied the password and details, which they didnt.
Can anyone offer any advice or support on this, as I could really do withthis system working for me
