Title: Follow ups not going out?

Our system has been running for 6 months now and last night we added a new follow up set at 0, to 3,000 subscribers and it didn't go out.
Does anyone have any ideas so I can find out why?

Followups with a sequence of 0 will not be sent.  You would need to add the followup to the end of the sequence.  All users who had previously finished the sequence should receive the message at next dailymail.

I should have stated that my follow ups are number 1 to 13 and it's my delay at 0 which is not working.

I added 3 new follow up to my list, and reset the users to the new delay and they did not go out.

Did you receive the dailymail report the day after you added the followup?  Did it indicate that some followups were sent?

Are you sure you have users at the end of the sequence who have a current delay of "0" so they would be sent the followup?
