Hi,
I have been using ListMail Pro. I haven't been using "followups" until now. I've just set some up and noticed that I am getting a followup every day instead of every 7 days as I have set it up in the followup message area. Can you tell me what I have done wrong?

I think I figured it out. I only had one followup added and I think that when I added more followups, followup #2 went out before 7 days. I read something in your older forum messages about how that could happen. Thankfully, I was the only subscriber at that point for that message series! I didn't receive a message today, so I'm going to assume that's what happened. I'm sorry for "bugging" you! :oops:

What you can do is set the "Reset all users on this followup to new delay" option when creating your followup. This will enforce a mandatory delay of what is set for the message.
