Hi.
I have a problem with followup emails not being sent.
The cron has been set up on an ensim server by the technicians and they have just confirmed that it is running correctly (real domain and password changed):
Sep 10 10:00:01 ventura crond[10947]: (admin183) CMD (/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null -T 0 http://mydomain.xxx/mail/dailymail.php?pw=mypassword 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null)
Sep 11 10:00:01 ventura crond[15962]: (admin183) CMD (/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null -T 0 http://mydomain.xxx/mail/dailymail.php?pw=mypassword 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null)
This is the cron syntax:
0 10 * * * /usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null -T 0 http://mydomain.xxx/mail/dailymail.php?pw=mypassword 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null
This is a screenshot of the Followup configuration:

Can you shed any light?
Thanks.

The cron you describe should hit Wed-Fri. Your messages should be sent when the user's delay reaches 0 and, after that, when Wed-Fri is achieved.
Are your users' delays reaching 0? You can view this on the User Database page.

Hi Dean.
I upgraded to the latest version of Listmail pro - and mailing progressed to the next sequence - emails were sent - GREAT.
However, I now have the same situation as previously - the delay is not counting down - they remains at 6.
Also the dailymail report is not sent.
Thanks.

Greetings,
What you describe indicates a problem with the daily scheduled 'cron task' as mentioned in the online help at http://listmailpro.com/help/dailymail_cron.html
Does your host support cron tasks from the control panel? (What type of server is it - ie. Plesk, cPanel, etc?)
If you have set up the cron task it may not be working due to 'wget' not being available. Here's a post detailing alternatives:

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!
