Title: Followup update bug?

I haven't upgraded to 1.85 yet, so I don't know if it's fixed yet, but I recently created a follow up e-mail for a list, and specifically made sure that the "Update all users..." box was unchecked.

However, this morning, hundreds of e-mails went out to everybody.

When you add a followup to the end of a sequence and do NOT check the 'Update all users on this followup to new delay" option it is normal for users at the end of the sequence to receive the new followup next dailymail.  To put in a delay you must check the box so the users are updated.
