Title: followups stopped working

My followups were working great but now they've just stopped! I haven't changed anything (that I know of) and followups work on another ListMail installation that is on my server (so I know it's not a php version issue).

Any other ideas of what we should be checking to see what changed?

Do you have "send report to admin when dailymail runs" enabled?  Did you receive the dailymail report on the day you didn't receive the expected followup?  If so, this could be a server delivery problem possibly caused by blocks or speed-throttling.

You might want to verify that your cron task password matches the password in ListMail.
