Title: Formatting HTML messages

I'm having difficulty formatting my HTML version of a text message to be emailed - no matter how I enter the text in the window, it is all pushed together when recieved without formatting....

In HTML messages you must use HTML code for everything.  That includes using <br> for line breaks.
